• Admin and Manager can easily edit Client details as well as add new clients through Client Master.
  • Go to Stack -> Quick Action bar -> Client Master.
  • Click on Add to add new clients.
  • Enter the basic details like contact person, client name, address, mobile number, email address, group name, income tax file no, TDS file no, GST file no and note.
  • In the bottom right corner, there is “NOTE:” field, wherein you can enter Important details for instance – Old Accountant name and his contact number. By filling up the note details properly, you will get all information handy in future. This will help you save your productive time and recollect data In front of your eye sight.
  • In the additional information tab, enter digital Signature expiry date, Auditor name & Company Secretory name.
  • From the list of applicable industries, select the one applicable to your client and on the right side, check on all the services the client is availing from you.
  • Add a flash / important message which will pop-up on the screen when you enter the work flow related to that particular client.
  • Add the information related to GST , Direct and other Tax information and Income tax remark.
  • Add a remark which can contain the confidential details such as the fees charged by you to the clients which will be viewed only by the admin.
  • Click on “Save” and it’s done.
