What Is Covered
- StackOMS License — full refund within 30 days of purchase. The license key is deactivated upon refund.
- StackOMS License + Cloud Hosting — full refund within 30 days of purchase. The hosted website and its data are permanently removed 7 days after the refund is processed, giving you time to export anything you need.
How To Request a Refund
- Email support@stackoms.com from the email address used at purchase.
- Include your order number (found in your order confirmation email).
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
After a Refund
- Your license key is deactivated and StackOMS will stop receiving updates.
- For hosted plans, your subdomain website is scheduled for deletion after a 7-day grace period.
- You may repurchase at any time in the future.
