By accessing or using StackOMS ("the Service"), a product of Priha Corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

StackOMS is a WordPress-based office management system designed for professional service firms including Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Cost Accountants, legal practitioners, and tax consultants. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us at support@stackoms.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
StackOMS supports a multi-role access system (Admin, Manager, Senior, Junior, Intern, Viewer). The account owner (Admin) is responsible for configuring appropriate access levels for all team members and ensuring that users comply with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
StackOMS is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and included features are specified on our Pricing page at stackoms.com/pricing and may be updated from time to time.
All fees are payable in advance, in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and levies associated with your use of the Service, including GST as applicable under Indian law.
Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase if the Service fails to function as described. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted to billing@stackoms.com.
⚠️ Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to apply late fees of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
You may use the Service solely for your internal business operations and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
The Service and all associated content, features, code, designs, trademarks, and materials are owned by or licensed to StackOnline Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process your Customer Data solely to provide, improve, and secure the Service. We will not sell, share, or use your Customer Data for any other purpose.
If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such Feedback to improve the Service without any obligation of compensation to you.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you bear ultimate responsibility for the data you store in the Service.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email or in-app notification.

Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident. Credits are the sole remedy for service unavailability.
We shall not be liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet service provider failures, or third-party hosting platform outages.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STACKONLINE TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 10,000.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StackOnline Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@stackoms.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to data export features for 30 days following cancellation.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We may also terminate the Service with 60 days' written notice for any other reason.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days following termination, during which you may request a data export. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting legal@stackoms.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
For disputes involving amounts less than INR 1,00,000, you agree to submit to binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, business practices, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via:
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
