We’re sorry, Microsoft Office installer encountered a problem because you have these Click-to-Run installer based Office programs installed on your computer: Microsoft Office Home and Business xxxx
Windows Installer and Click-to-Run editions of Office programs don’t get along for this version, so you can only have one type installed at a time. Please try installing the Click-to-Run edition of Office instead, or uninstall your other Click-to-Run based Office programs and try this installation again.
In such case you have to install Access run-time for office 365 using following link:

We can’t install the 64-bit version of Office because we found 32-bit programs on your PC
1. Press Win + R to open the Run window, type “installer” and click Enter to open the folder in File Explorer.2. Add the column “Subject”. Right click the column headers, then click More and select Subject3. Sort on the Subject column and scroll down until you locate the name “Office 15 Click-to-Run Extensibility Component 32-bit Registration”.Note : You have to choose the subject, as per the error4. Right click the MSI file and choose uninstall.
We can’t install the 32-bit version of Office because we found 64-bit programs on your PC

3. Sort on the Subject column and scroll down until you locate the name “Office 16 Click-to-Run Extensibility Component 64-bit Registration”.
Note : You have to choose the subject, as per the error
4. Right click the MSI file and choose uninstall.
